Type of Project: Pipeline Distribution Network

The project is a solar pump-based lift irrigation scheme; consisting of lifting water from river and distributed through a pressurized piped system to cultivators for irrigation during Rabi season (October – March Month).

Objective of the project: The objective of the project is to increase production of agriculture, improve the living standard of farmers in the project area by constructing irrigation Distribution Network utilizing limited water resources efficiently, ensure equitable assured water supply to the designed command area, and complete crop water needs.
